CVE CVE-2024-39678
CVSS 4.3 (Medium)
Publicly Published July 17, 2024
Last Updated August 9, 2024
Researcher RE-ALTER

Description

The Cooked – Recipe Management plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.15.4. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the cooked_get_recipe_ids AJAX action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to trigger a recipe get request via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. This has no real impact.
