Delivery Reports now available for Cellphone Sign-in

For most of our customers, Cellphone Sign-in, otherwise known as Two Factor Authentication, works flawlessly. But I’ve had a couple of reports from a handful of folks who simply aren’t receiving their SMS’s to set up authentication or to sign-in.

To be clear, we use this feature internally and it works perfectly. But to help diagnose any issues for our Premium customers we’ve enabled Delivery Reporting on our back-end. So if you do have an issue, simply drop us an email at support@wordfence.com and we’ll check the logs and let you know why your phone rejected the message. It may be as simple as a spam filter on your phone that needs to be disabled.

Yet another improvement to make sure Wordfence combined with WordPress continue to provide the most secure publishing platform on the Net.
